How good CPU for dual GPU beginner projects + gaming on the side?

Currently I am planning to get Nvidia RTX 4070 as one of my GPUs (the one I will also game on) and something like 4060 16gb to train small models. Maybe upgrading to 50 series later if there are significant performance increases.
