How to use data without leakage?

Hi all, I am developing a deep learning model, but the data is sensitive and can only be stored on a remote server. However, coding and debugging on that server is inconvenient. So, is it possible to use the data in my local machine without data leakage? (make sure I can't download the real data from my side otherwise the person who manages the data won't allow me to do it.)
