In need of a new career or attitude change

I wanted to share my experience for advice on next career steps if anyone has experienced similar. I'm a data scientist (by title largely) at a start-up. I believe in the mission of the company, but have been swept into the daily grind of getting through tasks to "survive the day" until the next. I dread Mondays.
