Industry 4.0

I work in a machine factory. I am responsible for data analytics and ML projects. We have multiple processes and I want to do root cause analysis based on the data in each one. I have parameter values and scrap values. How can I find out which parameters are scrapped, the most important parameters causing scrap? Could it be a feature selection? or are there other algorithms?
