I want to study deep learning really intensively starting from July and I'll have enough money to buy 4070ti/3090 or maybe 4080.
Before that I used only colab and kaggle notebook but I don't like ram and time restrictions but maybe I'm not using it properly. Do you think that buying one of these gpus will be more efficient at training neural nets than just using notebooks? Or it won't give me any boost whatsoever?
