Is Databricks unreliable?

Is it just me or does Databricks just not always behave as intended?

We hook it up with a repo, but sometimes we just run into unknown glitches when switching branches, when running regular runs etc.

There's just always unexplainable bugs that make us have to detach and reattach constantly and if that doesnt work we delete the workspace repo and reconnect it.
