Need help with a project.

Hi all. I don't know if this is the best way to communicate but I'm looking for some help and guidance in building a object counting software to help my company count Ice blocks coming out of the ice buckets. Each block is around 50kg so it's big block. If anyone can offer some estimates on how much time and money this project would cost let me know.
