way back (\~2 years ago) I've noticed that there is no easily available Free-response Receiver Operating Characteristic curve evaluator for COCO like detections. The mAP, recall and precision scores are always reported in COCO metrics but that is not so intuitively understandable.

Recently with a grad-student we updated the code and we have released just today:
