Dear Colleagues.

I spotted a major flaw in a 2022 SIGKDD Paper. I believe that it renders the entire paper meaningless. I have no ill will against these authors or SIGKDD, but I think it is worth pointing this problem out to help prevent others making the same mistake \[a\].
