Recruiter asking for exact numbers for salary expectations before the final offer. I'm ok with the numbers he gave but not excited. Should I accept it or negotiate?

I'm one of the finalists and the final decision hasn't yet been met. I never had to discuss salary before final decision. So it's a bit of new scenario for me.
