wake up word code on Pytorch

I'm trying to create from scratch this neural network. I did my own searches, but torchaudio has some problems on windows (becuase of sox library). Actually, i'm here to ask 2 things:

1)There is a open source program to create a Virtual machine to emulate linux and do a training in such a way? Maybe with some example because i'm kinda noob

2)There is some understandable source to understand how to create such a network? …
