[Was suggested to post it here for more indepth asnwer] If someone can understand and implement the entire projects or something of similar complexity that Andrej Karpathy does on his YouTube channel, how industry ready are they? And how hireable are

I came accross this video by **Andrej Karpathy on** *Let's build the GPT Tokenizer* last night while browsing. Now I can clearly admit that this is way way above my current level of understanding but if someone undersatnds the projects that he descibes on youtube and can implement it to solve other problems (not just copy paste it), how "hireable" they are?
