I think most people agree that how you communicate with your colleagues is one of the most important skills in any job, but I rarely see any topics discussing how we can actually improve our ability to talk more confidently and intelligently.

I recently came across a YouTuber who suggested to read poetry out loud as a way to get used to the sound of your voice and learn a wider vocabulary.
