YOLOv7 with TensorRT on Jetson Nano for Object detection

After my [first tutorial](https://www.hackster.io/spehj/deploy-yolov7-to-jetson-nano-for-object-detection-6728c3) on how to deploy YOLOv7 to Jetson Nano, I just published a [new tutorial](https://medium.com/@jurespeh/yolov7-with-tensorrt-on-jetson-nano-with-python-script-example-63099fa7c8a5) on how to use YOLOv7 with TensorRT on Nvidia Jetson Nano. I would appreciate some feedback! I know the code is not optimized, but I hope it can help someone save a few hours of frustration.

I'm also already working on another tutorial about using DeepStream, TensorRT, and Python bindings for object detection on Jetson Nano.
