Are there any OCR apps that you can run on a video that will give you alerts if certain texts are found?

I know this is a frivolous use case, but it would be fun.

The Xbox console companion lets you stream a console game to your PC and hook up your controller to if you want to play it, with a little lag. I don't have a lot of attention to spare while I'm working, so normally this feature would be useless-- I can't actively play and I can't actively monitor the action.
