Automatic Image Registration for big data

I wanted to know some good state-of-the-art feature matchers to do automatic image registration. I am not able to do it manually because I have too much data. By the way, my goal consists of finding the homography matrix that transforms the frames from a video drone into the satellite cropped footprint of the drone.
