Certifications which are worth?

I know that the best thing to do is to boost your GitHub and so on, but my company let me do in my working time courses with certifications so I want to leverage that opportunity.

I am a computer vision engineer and I would like to complement my skills by learning some advanced python more software oriented. Do you know any course? If do you think is useless, do you recommend me any other courses?
