Defect Detection using Computer Vision

Newbies here.
I'm currently doing my FYP which requires me to develop a vision system to detect a defect in plastic chip carrier.
My question is, what is the best pre-train model that I can use for this kind of product and is it possible for me to use Jetson Nano development kit for this project?
