Do you need to practice Leetcode in order to get into entry level Data Analytics position?

Hi, i am currently a CS student and will graduate in 2023. Do I need to look into Leetcode problems for landing my first job? Or, is it a better idea to invest my time into the relevant projects for better resume? I asked this because leetcode is must for a swe position, according to many people on other sub-reddits.
