So I've worked in IT Support for 14 years, and just a few weeks ago graduated with a first in Physics at the OU. I have applied for exactly one job, and somehow landed it, so I'm pretty happy with that.

The job title is "data technician" for the NHS and from what I can tell the role is basically "junior data engineer", my direct managers job title is data engineer.
