how to calculate time needed to train YOLO model

i want to use yolov8

i have 55 products which i want to do object detection for

i am not sure if i should do 1 model for each product, thus 55 models

or 1 model for all the 55 products

both scenarios will have a training of 200 image per product

if i went for the second scenario, thats like training on 11000 images, which i thinnk is alot and idk how long this will last. also this scenario …
