How to level up the organization where I'm at

Hi everybody,

Long story short I work at a company in essentially and infantile stages of being data driven. Nobody except me knows the fundamentals of data science, and the few devs are busy doing front-end and back-end app work to prop up any meaningful data infrastructure for more involved data usage.
