Job dilemma Academia vs industry

Hi everybody,

I finished my master's last year (EE with a focus on ML), and currently working for a big corporate as Data Scientist (in Switzerland, salary \~90k), but the job is mainly doing pivot tables with Excel. The job is secure, no pressure and the team and boss are very chilled and nice (with almost 90% WFH).
