Labeling tool free vs paid version (any recommendation)

I just started looking for a labeling tool for a few vision projects. The projects will require labeling many data with various object tags. Using an open-source tool is an option but will require an engineering effort as I will look for the following features (Mentioned in the next paragraph) to add in the future.
