Next step after cv course?

I’ve almost finished my computer vision course in my university, and so far this have been the most interrestung course I’ve had. However, we haven’t had any project work, mainly heavy after class exercises where i just blindly implement the algorthims we’ve learnt ( camera callibration, homography, sift, hough transform, and many more traditional computer vision and camera geometry topics, no Deep learning)
