Trying to figure out a way to evaluate an individual's qualifications in regards of sociology aspects such as their technical qualifications and credibility

As the title mentioned, I'm currently trying to find a mathematical method to evaluate the person's qualifications in regards of sociology aspect such as their credibility, reliability, and technical qualifications.
