A project has the following flow:
1. Client contacts company because they're interested in video analytics.
2. The requirements are negotiated by the business team.
3. The engineering team works on implementing the algorithm, extracting analytics from the raw video.
4. Reiterate/retrain/optimize until the target performance requirement is achieved.
5. Project closure.
