Which libs to use for pose estimation, preferably on a tablet

I want to pose estimate myself walking across a room, towards the camera (instead of towards a mirror). It needs to be 3d keypoints instead of 2d cuz I want to detect when I lean forward (Z axis) wqich is the entire point of this project (my balance/prioprioception is out of whack and I want the computer to serve as an outside, impartial observer to help me improve walking)
