Yolo vs Faster R-CNN for signature detection?

I'm making a project that identifies signatures on baseball, like

So I need to create bounding boxes around the signature. Accuracy would be very important in my project and the signatures aren't tiny/far away so would R-CNN be preferable? Thanks!
